This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is an official document of Melvad LLC, located at 390026, Ryazan, Leninskogo Komsomola st., 106, 18 (hereinafter - "Melvad", "we", "us" or "our"), and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using the services www.melvad.com and its subdomains and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), including, but not limited to, and any other domains that are currently owned and operated by Melvad.

Definitions and Interpretations
Personal Data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
User - an individual or legal entity who is a visitor to Melvad information resources on the Internet.
Site - a set of information resources located on the Internet located at the address www.melvad.com (including all levels of the specified domain) owned and operated by Melvad.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure adequate protection of Personal Data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of Personal Data are governed by this Policy, other official Melvad documents and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Melvad collects Personal Data for the following purposes:

Data provided by the User

Legal basis for data processing

For Users from the Russian Federation, Melvad takes all actions in relation to Personal Data in accordance with Federal law of Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
For Users from the European Union, Melvad collects and processes Personal Data, based on the General Data Protection Regulation, only after obtaining consent from the User for these actions.
Data processing
We process Personal Data on the basis of the following principles:
- Using lawful processing methods;
- Good faith;
- Obtaining only the necessary amount of data for the purposes described in the paragraph "Purpose of data collection".
Data storage
For Users from the Russian Federation, Melvad stores Personal Data on the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Federal law of Russian Federation No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On information, information technology and information protection".
For Users from the European Union, Melvad stores Personal Data in the European Union in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the European Union on data protection and confidentiality.
All received Personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems.
We store Personal Data for as long as is necessary for us to achieve the goals described in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law. However, we may retain some information from Personal Data for a reasonably necessary time for our legitimate business interests, including detecting and preventing fraud, and to comply with our legal obligations, including tax, legal reports and audit obligations.
Data protection
We take technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of Personal Data from illegal actions with them (copying or distribution).

Use of cookies, pixels and advertising identifiers
Cookies are pieces of data stored on the User's device that are used to work with the Site and its services. These files allow Melvad to store and receive the following information:
- User behavior on third-party sites in order to display relevant advertising materials;
- Technical data that make it possible to identify the User's device for the correct operation of the Site and its services;
- Analytical data that allow you to get the operations performed by the User on the Site and its services.
Pixels - are a 1x1 pixel transparent image. They allow you to set, read and modify the data in the cookie.
Mobile advertising identifier is a marketing identifier in the Android and iOS operating systems, which is used to identify and track User actions in the mobile application, and also enhances the ability to display relevant advertising materials.
The user can independently delete or reset cookies and mobile identifiers (for more details on how this can be done, see the policy on Opt-Out), however, this may affect the usability of the Site and its services and the relevance of advertisements.
Data transfer and disclosure
Personal data may be transferred and processed in a country other than the one in which you are located. If so, we will use appropriate safeguards to ensure that Personal Data is protected in accordance with this Policy.
We are also required to disclose information in response to legitimate requests from law enforcement agencies, including in order to comply with national security requirements.

Do Not Track
Do Not Track – is a preference that you can set in your browser to inform services that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable this option on your browser settings page. Melvad honors this browser setting.
Children's privacy
Melvad does not and will not collect Personal Data from any child under the age of 13. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
